The Lab is a 120,000 sq ft, 700 ton mixed use office building. The job is located right next to I-25 in one of the busiest stretches of the interstate. Along with being bound by I-25 on the west, the structure was also surrounded by existing structures to the south and east. Steel deliveries were scheduled on an on time basis, due to the lack of real estate, and an aggressive schedule, the trucking of the steel was imperative to achieve our goals and meet the needs of the general contractor. With the help of all parties involved, we were able to erect the structure and meet the schedule, on time and under budget.
